Brad began his career as an apprentice at the Los Angeles JATC in 1972. He became a journeyman sheet metal worker in 1976 and worked with the tools until 1990. During that sixteen year span, Brad also served as the Warden, a Local Union trustee, an Executive Board member and Vice President. In 1990, Brad was elected to a Business Representative position and served in that capacity until 1996 when he was elected to the position of President/Business Representative. Brad served as the President and the Director of Organizing for Local 108 until the merger of Local Union 108 and Local Union 102 in December, 2001. At the time of the merger, Brad was appointed by the General President to the position of Vice President/Business Representative which is still his current position.
