 David Shaver
Biography:
David began his sheet metal career in 1979 as a pre-apprentice and in 1980 he entered the Apprenticeship Program. Upon graduation in 1984, he worked with the tools in the trade for many of our signatory contractors. While working in the field, David served as a job site steward and foreman. In 1996 he was elected to serve the membership as the Warden/Conductor for the former Local Union 102. When the International Association merged Local 108 and Local 102 in 2001, he was appointed to serve as the Warden for the newly formed Local Union 105. David was elected to the Executive Board in 2004 and served there until 2006 when he was elected as the Business Representative for the San Bernardino area.
